Today was zone conference. In the morning we all got into big old red trucks and we headed over to some caves to go exploring for that morning as a zone and then we came back. Then we had our more spiritual side of zone conference where we talked about the gospel and we shared some testimonies and all that good stuff and sang some songs and stuff. That evening we switched off with the assistants. Elder Ignacio and I went to a member's house where we had originally planned to meet an investigator for a dinner/lesson kind of deal. Unfortunately, the investigator was not free and so he did not show up, so it was just us and the member, which was okay, I guess. Tuesday morning we got up and we were eating breakfast when we heard some pitter- patter on the roof and it turns out it just started pouring rain all day long until the evening. And so Elder Ignacio and I left to go and pick up a tent that was owned by an RC so they could bring that back to the church and on the way we found a cool family and then we came back and studied. And a kind member gave us some banana muffins that we could eat with our ice cream as we sat there and studied at 10 in the morning.

After that we invited in a park and that was fun because it was still raining, but it was okay and then we taught a investigator who is pretty old and he's funny. Then we taught a way good investigator "Get-e-saht" He is a dater and he's super awesome. And then we had English planning, some dinner and English class. Then I did a baptism interview for a police officer in Phitsanulok and his way solid, he's going to be the new new branch president in a year when he's been a member for a while. Wednesday was a crazy day. We got up and planned and visited half a dozen investigators in the morning and had several way good appointments. Then we went to lunch at a huge meat buffet and it was so good! We sent off Elder McQuivey because he's dying, so he had to go home. After that, we had a plan to study, but we didn't have time to study because the senior couple in the office back in Bangkok called us and told us that we had to move all of the stuff out of a senior couple's house and move it to the sisters' house all in one day. However, one ro dang (I think he's referring to rot si daeng which is basically a truck with seats along the sides of the truck bed) , five bikes and a whole lot of stuff later, we got it all there. But we got home late.

But it's all good because mission was accomplished. The next day we found some investigators that Elder Jorganson found on his switch off Elder Chin and then we did some planning, talked with more people and found some new investigators all afternoon long. Then we got some lunch finally. Then we got to study finally. And then we also kind of had a lot of +/*+%# (unintelligible word :) I'm assuming it's a Thai word for someone not showing up?) in the morning and the night and so we invited for a long time in the evening as well, but that was okay. Friday we had planning in the morning because we would not have time to do it later. After that we had a half dozen appointments with different investigators. They were all really good. When we got to the evening time, we had some studies and Elder Chin went down to Bangkok because he's dying this transfer, so he had a big meeting for all the dying people and I went back to the other area with Elder Blood and we worked together for all of Saturday, which was a good day.

We started the day Saturday with some really good breakfast. Then we went and visited an RC. She's straight fire. Talked to her about the new Come Follow Me program. Found a super crazy LA dude who's just off his rocker and then we spent a very long time running around with Bro. B. He's a cool member here, but he really took a lot of our time and that was kind of annoying to be honest. Finally we got around to studies and then we taught a random investigator and found a new investigator who's really cool and we talked about the Book of Mormon. After that we taught English class that night and that was fun except only 2 people came. But it's all good. Sunday we went and picked up our 80 year-old man and biked with him to church and we had a lot of investigators at church and it was really good. After church we ran around looking for different investigators, trying to get them to other sessions of church and we also had to pay our electric bill because we destroyed the conduit for the house electricity and so they cut off all of electricity and we couldn't use any more. After that we had some good planning session and then we had some dinner and then we taught a lot of investigators that night and it was really good. Hooray!

We finished the night inviting and we found some random Russian people who were not interested, but they were nice and it was fun.

99 Wherefore, now let every man learn his duty, and to act in the office in which he is appointed, in all diligence.

100 He that is slothful shall not be counted worthy to stand, and he that learns not his duty and shows himself not approved shall not be counted worthy to stand. Even so. Amen.

I love these scriptures!!! If everyone would learn and do their job, everything would run smoothly. I know diligence is so key! Makes everything work!!
