Miracles, tech, and switchoffs

Hello everybody!

I ran out of time! Get ready for a super short email!!

Monday, super fun. We went to the crocodile farm. And fed crocodiles, tigers, and turtles and snakes. Fun stuff. (See the pictures)

Tuesday, normal Tuesday stuff with district meeting and English class. We tried to meet an investigator with an LA in the morning and that failed and then our meeting went long so we missed some other stuff Which was too bad. Fun English class though, and then we had the opportunity to teach sone investigators we haven't seen in a while. So that's cool. After that, we switched off!!

Wednesday I spent the day with elder bird. It was going to be a fun day but then we had a surprise meeting for technology stuff that took 3 hours. So that was way saddddd. Took a lot of time. After that we had lunch, invited for a bit and saw some cool peeps. Then studies, dinner with an RC and a couple of appts, and a fun inviting session at night in a sketchy street.

Thursday, we studied, and then had lunch and then served a member. That was fun. Then weekly planning, and had some wayyy good appts. We had some way sick referrals that have come in the past little bit. And met some of them. It was so sick.

Friday was pretty good. We studied, read the BoM with this way super nice investigator and then talked with a other guy who really wants to find the truth. So cool. Then lunch with a member, and then a sad meeting with investigators that we had to drop... :( sad day. Then some studies, dinner and another appt with such a solid little kid who's mom is a member. He's going to be baptized. So sick.

Saturday, lots of inviting in the morning. Also, an opportunity to meet an LA and pray before he left for work because that's all he lets us do now. But it's all good. He's a nice guy. After a companionship study in McDonald's, we talked an RC at her noodles shop, had some studies then found a cool lady inviting who already had a BoM. (We were way surprised) then we had dinner and language study where we baked some corn bread. Then an appt fell through that night and after that, we got some brownies from a member who wouldn't let us go home because it was raining. So we got brownies!!!

Sunday was ok. Normal church stuff. Then tons of appts fell through. We invited a lot and found some wack peeps. And lots of drunk people. Hahahaha. Finally we met with an LA and got home. Fun day. This week though was full of Miracles!! We dropped lots of people this week but we have some solid PIs set up for next week so this will be awesome!!!

Spiritual thought for this week comes from Ether. Lots of destruction as I have read in the Book this week and finished it this morning. The thought I want to share is simple. It comes from the heading of chapter 10.

Chapter 10

One king succeeds another—Some of the kings are righteous; others are wicked—When righteousness prevails, the people are blessed and prospered by the Lord.

If we choose the right we are blessed!!! Simple as that folks. I love the work, I love the people, but most of all I love the savior. I know He lives and loves each of us.
